Devon County Council’s Vice Chairman, Councillor Rose Rowe, who officially opened the office said: “Over the last two years, Devon County Council, working with our NHS partners, has been designing a new service called 'Living Well at Home'. MiHomecare will organise the delivery of care and support in the home for people who the Council and NHS have assessed as needing support. They'll deliver that care and support themselves or will work with other care providers in the area to co-ordinate the delivery of that service, 365 days a year."
